Our privacy policies, as outlined below, were updated during the month of May 2018 to comply with the Mauritius Data Protection Act of 2017 and in readiness for the introduction of the new European data protection law – ‘European General Data Protection Regulation’ (GDPR) – on 25 May 2018.
