Investors Europe (Malta) Limited is a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Malta bearing company registration number C83564 and with its registered office at Level 1, 4 Sappers Street, Valletta, VLT 1320, Malta. The terms and conditions set out in this page are strictly in relation to Investors Europe (Malta) Limited.
Investors Europe is authorised by the MFSA under the Freedom of Services and Establishment – Maltese Investment Firms Passporting Outside Malta to provide the licensed activities to the following list of EU and EEA jurisdictions, in terms of the European Passport Rights:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and in Malta under the Investment Services Act (Chapter 370, Laws of Malta) (the "ISA").

Jurisdiction and governing law
The Terms and any and all contracts concluded under them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and all references in these Terms to laws and regulations are references to Maltese laws and regulations unless otherwise specified. You agree that any dispute/s arising out of the Terms or otherwise between us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
Complaints and the Arbiter of Financial Services
If you meet the definition of an "eligible complainant" and wish to make a complaint about Investors Europe (Malta) Limited, please first contact your Client Relationship Manager at Investors Europe and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have. Should we be unable to resolve your complaint, or you would like further information with respect to making a complaint, please contact the www.financialarbiter.org.mt.

Reception and transmission of Orders and Execution Policy
As a MFSA Regulated Firm which executes orders on behalf of clients (execution-only), arranges deals in investments (acting as broker), deals as principal (dealing on own account), Investors Europe are under an obligation to take all sufficient steps to obtain, when executing orders, the best possible result for our clients. The Procedure in respect of the reception and transmission of orders and execution of Orders sets out the steps that Investors Europe (Malta) Limited take to achieve the best possible quality of execution for its clients.
